Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, pepper, and dried herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Rub salmon with remaining oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Top with lemon.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes and broccoli is tender.
Tips
