Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 cups romaine, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing (no sugar)

Instructions

  1. Layer dressing at the bottom of two large jars.
  2. Add tomatoes, chicken, eggs, bacon, cheese, then lettuce on top.
  3. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Shake into a bowl when ready to eat.

Tips

Keeping dressing on the bottom prevents soggy lettuce.
