Ginger Chicken Bone Broth Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken bone broth (low sodium)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy or spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt, white pepper, and lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Bring broth to a gentle simmer in a pot. Add ginger and chicken.
  2. Stir in bok choy; cook 2 minutes until just tender.
  3. Remove from heat. Add coconut aminos, sesame oil, and green onions.
  4. Ladle into mugs or bowls. Finish with lime and white pepper.
