Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into sticks
  • Fresh dill and capers (optional)
  • Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese thinly over each salmon slice.
  2. Add dill and capers if using. Place a cucumber stick at one end.
  3. Roll up tightly. Slice in half if desired.
  4. Serve with lemon.

Tips
