Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into sticks
- Fresh dill and capers (optional)
- Lemon wedge
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese thinly over each salmon slice.
- Add dill and capers if using. Place a cucumber stick at one end.
- Roll up tightly. Slice in half if desired.
- Serve with lemon.
