- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper, and parsley
Instructions
- Pat thighs dry; season with salt and pepper.
- Sear skin-side down in oil over medium-high heat until golden, 6–7 minutes. Flip; cook 5 minutes.
- Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add broth, lemon juice, and zest.
- Simmer covered 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Stir in butter and parsley.
