Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat thighs dry; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear skin-side down in oil over medium-high heat until golden, 6–7 minutes. Flip; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add broth, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Simmer covered 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Stir in butter and parsley.
